The Nigerian Communications Commission, NCC, has issued a fresh notice that it will bar unregistered subscribers from all mobile networks by the end of March 2012.
The Executive Vice-Chairman, NCC, Dr. Eugene Juwah, disclosed last week at a five-day youths software training programme sponsored by the Jim Ovia Foundation, in Lagos.
