The Nigeria Police Force on Wednesday lost one of its finest Deputy Inspector Generals in DIG John Haruna, who was killed when a Police Surveillance helicopter crashed in Kabong, a village near Jos, the troubled Plateau State capital.
3 other officers killed are Assistant Commissioner of Police, ACP Garba Yalwa - Pilot, Chief Superintendent of Police, CSP Alexander Pwol-Ja - co-pilot and Sgt Sonatian Shirunam – orderly, were also killed in the crash.
